Commercial Real Estate
The purchase or sale of commercial real estate is a complex process. There are numerous issues that can arise, and one should use a real estate attorney to ease this process. The additional inspections are referred to as Phase I and Phase II inspections. As in a residential transaction, there can also be seller financing, and we will work with the seller to negotiate these terms.

Benjamin Sharlin LLC will coordinate the closing and will confirm all closing numbers with the title company and lender for a buyer, where applicable.
